On 3rd October we had our special Health Talk with Carolina about headaches and it was great!
Some Top Tips for Headaches: Acupressure may be able to activate pressure points for headache relief, some of them are:
- There are a pair of pressure points sit on the inside of each eyebrow, where the nose bridge meets the brow bone. Using both index fingers, apply equal pressure on both sides and hold for 30 seconds.
- Find a tender point between the thumb and index finger. Pinch this pressure point between the thumb and index finger of the opposite hand. Either hold the union valley pressure point for 30sec/1min or massage it by moving the thumb in small circles.
Repeat this process on the opposite hand.
