Consultation & Examination

Your first visit is all about you.

- Your chiropractor will then perform a detailed spinal and postural examination, along with any necessary neurological or orthopaedic tests.
- If required, we’ll refer you for imaging (X-rays or scans) to ensure a complete assessment.

Schedule of Care & First Adjustment
30 minutes
At your second visit, we’ll walk you through what we found and you’ll have your first treatment.
- Your chiropractor will explain your personalised care plan, outlining what’s happening in your body and how chiropractic adjustments can help.
- You’ll receive your first adjustment, beginning your journey toward better movement, balance, and comfort.
- Together, we’ll discuss your recommended schedule of care, tailored to your goals and progress.
