FAQs
Need More Information?
If you have any further questions, please feel free to get in touch with our friendly team.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed to see a chiropractor. You can book an appointment directly with us, whether you’re self-referred or coming through your GP.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book by email, phone, or by dropping into the clinic. Our friendly team will help you find an appointment time that works best for you.
Do you accept insurance?
We operate on a pay-and-claim basis. You pay for your treatment at the clinic, and we provide an invoice that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Is chiropractic treatment safe?
Chiropractic care is safe when provided by a qualified and registered chiropractor. All of our Chiropractors are GCC registered. We conduct thorough assessments to ensure treatment is appropriate for you and explain everything before starting care.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a fee.
Is chiropractic suitable for all ages?
Yes. Chiropractic care is suitable for all ages, from babies and children to adults and seniors. Treatment is always adapted to be gentle, safe, and appropriate for each individual.
Can chiropractic help during pregnancy?
Yes. We use gentle, pregnancy-safe techniques to help with back pain, pelvic discomfort, and postural changes.
Do you treat children?
Yes. Paediatric care is very gentle and focuses on posture, movement, and nervous system function.
Does chiropractic treatment hurt?
Most patients find treatment comfortable and relieving. You may feel mild soreness afterwards, similar to post-gym soreness which usually settles quickly.
How soon will I feel the results?
This varies for each person. Some notice improvement from the first visit, while others experience more gradual progress. Results depend on the condition and how long it has been present—there is no quick fix, as our focus is on lasting improvement.
Do you only treat pain?
No, we also focus on posture, mobility, movement quality, and long-term spinal health.
What if chiropractic isn’t right for me?
If we feel chiropractic care isn’t appropriate, we’ll refer you to the right healthcare professional. Your health always comes first.
